Shipping Status
Each shippable object that Athelas provides services for will be associated with a shipping_status field. Below, you will find the possible values for this field.
You can expect each of these statuses to be set in the below order, i.e. an object will start as PENDING_SHIPMENT, then change to LABEL_CREATED, and so on and so forth.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| PENDING_SHIPMENT | The item is awaiting packaging and shipment |
| LABEL_CREATED | A shipping label has already been created for the device |
| SHIPPED | The device has been shipped to the patient (as per notification from the shipping provider) |
| DELIVERED | The device has been delivered to the patient (as per notification from the shipping provider) |
In most cases, such as in the case of all Athelas RPM test type devices, the shipping provider used will be FedEx.
